Jillian Reid is a Registered Dietitian focusing on all things family nutrition including fertility, prenatal, postnatal, toddler nutrition (like overcoming those stressful picky eating phases) as well as making sure parents are taking care of themselves too!
As a busy mom, Jillian has a strong passion for empowering people to live a healthy life while showing them that nutrition does not have to be complicated or stressful. She helps individuals gain confidence through nourishing their bodies without deprivation.
Jillian’s passion for food started at a young age while she spent a lot of time cooking with family. Her interest in family nutrition grew when she became an aunt to her nieces and nephews; then even more so while going through the journey of motherhood herself. When Jillian isn’t working, you can find her with her daughter Alice and family, normally in the kitchen or enjoying the outdoors!
Jillian graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Prince Edward Island, and completed her Integrated Dietetic Internship at multiple hospital, nursing home and grocery store settings to become a Registered Dietitian. With 7 years practicing as a Registered Dietitian, Jillian takes an individualized and non-judgmental approach with each client; cheering them on each step of the way.
