Courtney is a Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopath with a strong passion for supporting women through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. She graduated with honours from Eastern College’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy program, and with honours from the National Academy of Osteopathy. Previously, she attended Mount Allison University, where she began cultivating her interest in health sciences and holistic care.
Courtney takes a comprehensive therapeutic approach, combining techniques such as myofascial and soft tissue therapy, gentle joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, and osteoarticular adjustments. Her treatments are effective for managing a wide variety of issues as well as chronic pain and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
With specialized training in prenatal and postpartum care and with experience in Infant Cranial Sacral therapy, Courtney is passionate about helping women navigate the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy and motherhood. She is committed to working with postpartum patients returning to exercise and those experiencing pain or stress during pregnancy.
Continuously expanding her expertise in women’s health, Courtney brings compassion, knowledge, and a client-centered approach to every treatment session.
